In this project, you will create a plan to upgrade an on-campus restaurant by improving the menu and service, and giving it an international flavor. 1. Working with a partner, choose a new name for the restaurant. Be creative and remember that you want it to have an international feel. Try something like: La tortilla española, Pupusas resto... 2.
