Cultura This culture section offers a window into the lives of real people who live and work in the regions of study. Rather than focusing on facts and figures of each country, this section presents interviews, blogs, articles, biographies, and profiles of people (both ordinary and extraordinary) who exemplify some unique cultural aspect, social issue, or historical insight into the region of study. The brief readings are readily accessible to students at this level and include reading strategies, Antes de leer and Después de leer activities to boost comprehension and foster analytical thinking.
